2. Can I use the mats without someone else helping me?

We recommend having someone assist you carrying, setting up and leapfrogging the mats as your journey continues.

3. How long will my mats last for?

Our Aussie-made mats are tough! With normal use, we would expect your GOtrax mats to give decades of reliable service.

4. What is the maximum weight the GOtrax mats can support, especially on sand?

Good news: GOtrax mats have been designed and fully tested on sand; you can be confident they will accommodate all mobility aids from the lightest walking frames to the heaviest electric scooters.

5. Once laid at the beach or adventure spot, how far can I go with one set of mats?

Using a GOnow Pack, we’ve seen clients travel up to 50 meters using the leapfrog approach - 1 length after another, then another. If you were planning to travel longer distances or have multiple persons using the mats, it might be worthwhile ordering a second or third set.

6. What happens to the mats on a really hot day?

The light blue colour of the GOtrax is specifically designed and used to reduce heat absorption and keep mats at a similar temperature to surrounding surfaces.

7. Is there a chance the mats could detach? What do I do then?

The sections of mat are hinged together using a simple cord system. It is unlikely these would separate. However, in the event there is a separation, your User Guide shows how they are joined together…it’s a fairly simple process.

8. If I order today, about how long would it be before they arrive at my address?

Your order will generally be processed and sent within 24 hours; freight should be 2-7 business days depending on your location. We will notify you with a tracking number as soon as your mats are dispatched, so you can follow the journey, literally to your front door!

9. What if my circumstances change and I no longer need my GOtrax mats?
